Let’s cut the nostalgia blinders off for a second. Official Battlefield 3 on Battlelog/Zlo is a shadow of its 2013 peak. It’s riddled with snipers on Metro, the same 3 DLC maps rotating, and a PunkBuster that either kicks you for having a Corsair RGB mouse or lets a rage hacker fly an MAV through the floor of Seine Crossing.
If you want to hear the M16A3 sound glitch out because the server is desyncing at 120hz, go install Zlo tonight. If you want to actually play a balanced match, go buy Battlefield 2042 on sale and cry quietly.
