The EasyCAP SM-USB-007 (often labeled with the STK1160 or SMI 2021 chipset) does not have an official, signed driver for Windows 10 x64 . The driver that came on the mini CD is usually unsigned and designed for Windows XP or 7 (x86). Windows 10 x64 will reject unsigned drivers.
