"Continue to fight for justice, brother," the voice said. "The city needs you."

I nodded in agreement. My mission was to take down these gangs and clean up the city. I had a reputation for being one of the best, and I intended to live up to it.

As I stepped off the plane at Vice City Airport, the warm tropical air hit me like a slap in the face. I was greeted by my old friend, , a Sinhala-speaking taxi driver who had been a huge help during my previous visit. He offered to drive me to my hotel, and we chatted about the current state of the city.
