On the Archangel , now a civilian humanitarian vessel, Murrue Ramius orders the ship to Mendel. Aboard: Kira, Lacus, Athrun, Cagalli, and a reluctant Yzak Joule (court-martialed but released due to his mother’s political influence).

In the distance, Athrun and Cagalli are arguing about something trivial—where to plant a garden. Yzak is awkwardly teaching an Orb child how to fish. Murrue is crying over a cup of coffee, remembering Mwu.
