A hard reset (also called a factory reset or master reset) will erase all data on the watch, including contacts, call logs, chat history, photos, and settings. It will not remove the watch from the Mibro app or your account. After the reset, you will need to re-pair the watch with the parent’s phone. Method 1: Hard Reset via Watch Settings (Recommended) This method works if the watch screen is responsive.
Wake up the watch screen by pressing the Side Button (Power button).
The screen should turn off. Keep holding. After a few more seconds, the watch will vibrate and the logo will appear.

Press and hold the Side Button for 15–20 seconds continuously. Do not release early.
Tap on the Device icon (usually bottom center or top right).

The watch will restart automatically. Once rebooted, it will be in its original factory state. Method 2: Hard Reset via the Mibro App (Parent’s Phone) Use this method if the watch is locked, forgotten, or the screen is unresponsive but still connected to Bluetooth/cellular.
Make sure the watch is powered on and connected (check the main dashboard).
Confirm the action when prompted.
