Tap Phone management > Factory settings (or Restore factory settings ).
There are two methods to hard reset a Nokia 700: Use this method if the phone is frozen, stuck on the Nokia logo, or won't turn on properly.

From the home screen, go to Menu > Settings .
After about 10–15 seconds, the screen will flash white, and you will see a formatting gear icon or a black screen with text. You can now release all keys.
While still holding those three keys, press and hold the Volume Down key as well. You are now holding 4 keys.
