It looks like you’re referring to a split archive file ( .001 , .002 , etc.) for (possibly an unofficial/cracked version, as Lumion does not distribute via numbered .001 files officially).
For official download: Log into your Lumion account → Download the directly. Lumion-2023-4-2-Download.001
