open access, marine science repository, ocean data management, PDF archiving, policy documentation, FAIR principles. 1. Introduction The United Nations Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development (2021–2030) has accelerated the production of scientific reports, environmental impact assessments, nautical charts, legislative texts, and educational materials. However, no centralized, openly accessible PDF repository exists specifically for ocean-related documents. General platforms like ResearchGate, Google Scholar, or institutional libraries lack domain-specific indexing, version control, and long-term preservation guarantees.

1.0 Abstract The rapid expansion of marine research, climate modeling, and ocean governance has led to a fragmentation of critical documents across institutional, national, and commercial platforms. Oceanopdf.com is proposed and developed as a specialized, open-access digital repository designed to aggregate, preserve, and disseminate high-quality PDF documents related to oceanography, marine biology, coastal zone management, maritime law, and ocean-climate policy. This paper outlines the platform’s architecture, content curation standards, accessibility features, and potential impact on global marine science communication. Initial performance metrics indicate improved document retrieval times and increased cross-disciplinary citations compared to generalist repositories.
