Just finished re-reading Rich Dad Poor Dad , and this one idea hit differently today: The rich have money work for them

A house you live in? Liability (unless it generates income). A rental property? Asset. A degree? Liability (unless it's used to build/cash flow). A business or investment? Asset.

But here's the real lesson from the book:
