Kavya’s father, Mahalingam, wants her to marry a wealthy Chennai-based businessman. To prove his worth, Durai Singam transfers to Chennai. There, he encounters Mayil Vaahanam, a powerful don who runs illegal bauxite mining, smuggling, and murder. Mayil Vaahanam terrorizes the city, including attacking Mahalingam’s business.
