The Official (Legal) Source: Visual Studio Subscriptions If your organization has a legacy agreement, the safest place to retrieve the native Korean ISO is the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) or an active Visual Studio Subscription (formerly MSDN).
